Are we any nearer to finding out who the real Elliot Brown is?

I must thank my friend Sir Henry from across
the blogisphere at http://wiganbnp.blogspot.com/ who has sent me this photo of who he believes to be the real Mr Elliot Brown!

"Well Sir Henry, I'm not as confident as you, that this is indeed the man we are seeking to expose as the bigot from the council! The reason I say this, is because, well, don't you think he's a little too jovial and youthful looking to be employed by the stone-faced muppets on the council selection committee?"

I think the quest continues, I'm afraid!
